Oops, I Can't Make It: How to Reschedule Like a Pro!

To accommodate lesson rescheduling, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled lesson.
Once your absence form is reviewed and approved by the administrative team at WPS, you will be provided with a link to select an available slot for your make-up lesson.
Please note that we limit rescheduling to one lesson per half-term.
In cases where your regular teacher is unavailable, we encourage you to choose a lesson with the first available qualified instructor.
